Alum passed along my resume and I was contacted to set up a phone interview. HR did not even call me on the day and time we picked. Sent an email back and got an immediate response and then they stopped responding for nearly a week. Finally got the phone interview and then was asked into the office for the superday.
The superday was pretty standard. Interviewed with maybe 5 investment associates and then a lunch. Everyone was nice but lacked any kind of competitive drive you see at most places. Went through a couple easy case studies.
Took a while for them to get back to me. Ended up accepting another and was notifed the next day that I did not get one from CA.
