Investment Performance Analyst

After applying online through LinkedIn, I received an email a day later offering me a phone interview for the Investment Performance Analyst position. A few days later we had the phone interview, it was basically a review of my resume and qualifications and a couple of behavioral questions like what's one weakness that you believe you possess. I passed that and got an offer to come to Arlington to have an interview with three managers that are in that department. The interview in Arlington consisted of a 30 minute presentation about the company, and then three 30 minute interviews with 3 different managers, all having a different type of attitude and body language. They all asked numerous questions, mostly behavioral. They asked about different situations you might be in and how would you handle them, what weaknesses do you have, what are three things you could teach me (about anything), what's one thing you'd have to change about yourself in order to move/work in Arlington, etc.
