Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pretty straight forward: first a phone screen with an HR rep; then an in house information session + 2 rounds of interviews with 2 senior research associates or managers; third round was a "day in the life" run through, a short writing sample, a round table discussion with 2 or so current associates, and then an interview with a manager; finally a phone screen with the head of the department. Everyone was really friendly but professional, which lead to my decision to accept their offer.
