What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Recruiter came on campus. There were 10 or 11 students at my university selected to interview. Met with her and had a 30 minute behavioral interview that was basically a conversation.. She invited me to headquarters in Arlington for the firm's super day. There were only a few students at this individual Super Day. Super Day consisted of four or five 30 minute back to back interviews that were behavioral and fit interview questions. Most interviewers were cordial but one or two were a little tougher.
