20 minute phone call with an HR person, asking general questions, tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, etc. Asked to come in for an in-person interview 2 weeks later.
For the in-person interview at 9 in the morning, two other applicants were there. First, the hiring manager gave a presentation of the company and what the position would entail. The company was expanding and this was for a relatively new division. Most of the office was young professionals in the 20's although a lot of the office space was empty.
After the presentation, there were 3 1:1 interviews. One with the hiring manager & some else from another department sat in on this one, one with a 3rd year associate, and one with HR. Each interviewer was different. HR interview had more on organizational fit and the typical interview questions. Hiring manager asked a lot of behavioral questions. Give me an example of a previous time you provided insightful information. Interviewer came off as arrogant, acting like I was wasting his time.
The process wrapped up before noon and the HR person concluded the session with all three interviewees.
