Applied online for a position on C|A's website and received a call from HR the next day. I was asked if I had any experience handling large data sets in my previous internship experiences. My answer was satisfactory as they asked me to come in for an open house interview. I was joined by two other candidates and we received an introductory presentation on the firm and the department. We then had three 30-minutes 1-on-1 interviews with the head of the department and two managers. Questions were purely fit-based, as the role was an entry-level position focused data, operations and project management. A week later, I received a call back for another interview, which was a "transparency session" in which the group head demonstrated the day-to-day role to make sure there were no illusions.
