Interview process began when I applied online at the Cambridge Associates website. Received an email from HR within 3 days of application, to schedule phone screen interview. Phone screen was a brief 20 minute conversation about prior work history, and simple behavioral questions. After phone screen, in person interview was scheduled two days later with the director and manager of the capital markets group. Interviews consisted of brief technical questions (difference between price level and index level, vlookups in excel) and behavioral questions (Are you more of a leader or follower). Interview was ended with a brief proofing test of a financial document. Follow up interview of meeting senior analysts of the group, who explained the day to day of the role. Received offer the next day.
