Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My hiring process began with an employee referral. I was then put into the recruitment pool and had an initial phone interview with their recruiter. They asked primarily behavioral questions and questions about my university and classes. The 2nd round interview consisted of a Super-day with a case study. I virtually interviewed with 3 associates who asked more behavioral and leadership oriented questions. Case study was comprised of questions about an investment manager selection. Afterwards, I was notified of an offer a few days later.
