Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After completing the GRDP Supply Chain (also referred to as Operations) program I was given a list of positions to interview for. I chose to apply for 11 positions of which we were limited to accepting 4 potential jobs to interview for.
The interview for the Business Development Analyst role consisted of a group interview with HR and the hiring manager. Upon completion of the interviews I ranked the jobs based on preference and was matched with the hiring manager for the Business Development role as he had me listed as his #1 choice.
