Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through OCR and was invited to interview on-campus. After the first round I moved onto the "Superday" in Houston where I made a presentation about my accomplishments and goals and then had three back-to-back interviews a la speed dating. At the end we went on a plant tour and finished the day.
