It typically invests between $1 million and $30 million and in certain circumstances it co invests also. The firm targets businesses generating annual revenues between $25 million and $250 million. It typically holds its investments for one year to five years and can invest for longer period. The firm can invest in the form of equity investment or the purchase of bank debt or publicly traded bonds.
