What did the interview consist of?

1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

First component to the interview is (at least for my school) OCR. After I dropped my resume, I got an interview... First interview was with an HR recruiter on campus. It was mostly to talk about myself, my previous experiences, etc. 1 question about why I was interested in markets (since that is internship position). At the end of the interview, the HR person told me I would be invited to the superday. At the superday, I had 4 back-to-back interviews. It was 2-3 weeks or so later if I recall correctly. They were with various stages of folks at Cantor (from associate up to one of the directors of FICC). It was as standard as you get: "Tell me about yourself / walk me through your resume. Why Markets? Why Cantor? Tell me skills you learned from your previous experience. Do you have any questions for me?" Each was approx 30 minutes. After that, I found out the following week within 3 days.
