What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a formal phone interview with a second year analyst. It consisted of basic resume run through, behavioral and technical questions. After the interview the analyst stated they had been grooming a candidate for a several months who they felt they were going to go with. The analyst was actually pretty helpful and offered to do some networking on my behalf afterwards.
