Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The whole process went smoothly. Applied on June and got my first round invite on July. Had two 30min back to back interviews with two analysts. Then around a month later got the superday invite, which was the same format as the first round with more experienced bankers instead. Heard back the final decision a week later.
