Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had an employee refer me, not sure when the actual networking turned to hiring process. I was put in touch with some HR representatives, emails were far in-between. Had a phone screenings, where I was just asked about my background and what I was interested in. I was also approached by BGC overall the experience was pleasant. I finally had a super day and received an offer the following week.
