Summer Analyst

I first attended the info session that was held in their office. I got to connect well with one of the first year analyst there. Eventually, he had referred me, which allowed me to get the first round interview. This process took about a week and a half. Then over the first interview, it was technical heavy. But, it covered the basics along with why I'm interested in the Healthcare Industry. Then after a week, I got to the second round. Again, it was mixture of technical and behavioral, but it was more behavioral heavy this time. The analyst was really interested about what I do outside of work/school. But, I wasn't able to make it pass that. This process took me about a month.
