one phone interview with HR and a superday. phone interview was a standard hr interview. The superday consisted of a rapid fire round of question by different consultants (who is the ceo of the company, what do consultants do, what are you reading right now, how many manhole covers are in NYC) an in-tray exercise, and a group case study.
