Associate

The day starts off with a quick ice breaker.
Then you will be broken into groups based on a color on your name tag.
The three stations include: rapid fire, group case study, and meeting minute challenge.
There's a small 10 minute break after each challenge.
The day end with lunch, a partner panel, and then panel led by other AOs.

Advice:
Rapid Fire: There'll be a combination of behavioral questions and brain teasers.
Group case study: Use the white board in the room and pay attention to time. Take the time to actually breakdown who will speak about what.
Meeting Minute Challenge: This will seem extremely mundane but this part of the interview has an actual scoring rubric so do your best!
Partner Panel: Don't be the guy who asks "What do you love about consulting?" or based on regulatory XYZ, "what will Capco's response be."

General culture:
Meh. I don't honestly think anyone believes they are doing the sexiest work, but that said some people make their closest friends and mentors here. As an AO, don't make the mistake of making a strong alliance to a specific partner.
