Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Great interview process, very consulting focused, and emphasis on ability to dissect problems into manageable portions. Initially I was contacted after career fair, virtual first round, then invited to a in person pre interview dinner with the team. Great emphasis on culture, and its apparent when you talk to the people there. Skills assessment day consisted of 3 interviews, all by partners.
