Interview Details
Heard back a month later that I was invited to an online video interview. I had to answer pre-recorded questions and film myself. Questions were mostly about fit, interest in the company, and industry insights. Had 1 min to prepare and 30 seconds to answer to about 5 questions. Also had a trick question asking "How many 5p coins can fit in a football field".
One month later (now mid-December) HR reached out to invite me to the assessment centre in the first part of January. Agreed on dated but didn't get an answer from HR despite multiple follow ups that they had to move me to a later date. At the later agreed upon date this happened to me again, rince and repeat, even a third time.
Finally, at the assessment centre with about 40 other students, all on Teams. Had an intro talk with HR discussing process and telling us we'd be split up in two groups. The first group would be having a group case study followed by a presentation and Q&A. The second group would start with a set of three, quick-fire, one-on-one interviews with current consultants. All behavioural and quite easy. It was in Teams breakout room so when time is done you're automatically brought back to the main room which doesn't allow for questions to the interviewer or even thanks.
Back to main room with Q&A with HR and consultants.
Heard back two days after that I got to final round consisting of 30 mins with HR and 30 mins with Partner.
