Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Employee referred me to recruiter and I had a brief conversation with them. Basic questions about my experience. I was invited to their office for an interview shortly after.
In office interview consisted of 3 1:1s. Each was~45 min in length. All were behavioral and situational questions. There was no case involved at any point, but they were looking to see how you would handle different situations.
I finally heard back about a month after the interview that I did not receive the position. Although the people were very nice, it was not an appealing place to work.
