Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Capgemini Consulting recruited on my campus. The process was fairly straightforward. First, you did a resume drop. They selected some of those students for in-person first round interviews where you interviewed with a Senior Consultant or Manager. If you passed that, at least in my case, you did a case study over the phone. Next, you went to the superday at their Atlanta office. At that point, you met with several different employees from different teams. Some of the interviews were technical-based, while some were behavorial-based. I noticed that the more senior guys gave behavioral-based interviews.
