Associate Consultant

After applying on the campus website, got a screening phone call to give me a broad overview of the position and to see if I was still interested. Afterwards, I received a much more in depth phone call from an associate who I talked to about daily duties and responsibilities, including some of the projects she worked on. Finally, I got called in for a super day where I spoke to quite a number of senior associates for behavior interviews. A week before, I was given the assignment of presenting a case study. Finally, there was a group case where they evaluated how well you could work in a group and contribute ideas.
