Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First I sent a general (not position-specific) cover letter along with my CV by email to HR. After about a week I got a call and scheduled a phone interview for the next day. I was sent a link to online tests (English language + business analysis skills) to be completed before the phone interview. During the phone interview, my basic accounting knowledge was tested and I was asked about why I would like to work at Capgemini. Part of the interview was in English (the rest was in Polish, as the job was in Poland). After another week, I was invited to an interview with two team leaders. They outlined what their respective teams do (one was a US-client engagement, the other was an EU-client), the working hours, the corporate culture, and asked me which of the teams I would prefer to be on. I picked one, and the following morning I got a phone call from HR with their offer. The offer included a salary 10% higher than what I had said earlier during the initial phone interview I wanted to be making.
