Please describe the interview / hiring process.
All in all was a very easy interview process. They check for interest and knowledge about the company more than anything. Cap has a good training program so their strategy lies in finding people who show interest in the company, no matter what their background, then training them to complete the task at hand. I was under the assumption that I would be working in a traditional consulting role (which they had no problem letting me believe), and after I accepted the offer, I was given more information about my hired position. Make sure they spell out exactly what role you are given an offer for. This bait and switch might be common practice across the board.
