Interview
I applied for this job online through campus career center and career fair. This process is generally positive. I submitted my application both on their career website and on my school's career website and was contacted by email one month later about a video interview.
Interview Questions
What technology did you use to improve your performance?
-Honestly I have no idea of how to answer this question...I stumbled on this question but I said how I am able to use RStudio to calculate difficult statistical questions and became more efficient in solving problems. I also mentioned my research experiences in using different statistical softwares to help me achieve accurate results.

Interview
I first applied and got a video recording interview. Following that I had a Skype interview. Lastly it was an in-person interview at the offices in LA.
Interview Questions
The interview did not have any hard questions. It was simply very long and drawn out. All of the interviews were 100 percent behavioral. The last, in-person, interview probably asked 10 of the same questions simply rephrased a million times. It was almost identical questions asked among three interviewers. It was actually exhausting to talk that long and it is clear they must not attract the smartest talent as there were no questions that tested intelligence nor was there any screening of the sort.

Interview
Two on one interview on campus, focused very much on fit questions, asked about a time when you have to speak against the majority in the room.
Interview Questions
The most difficult questions asked as what do you think is the misperception about the rates market in Asia, has there been a time that you have to speak against majority of the group. Interview started with some self introduction. Interviewers are very nice, two analysts, one senior and one junior, takes tons of notes.

Asked about stock pitch as well if you prepared for any. However, they are extremely nice and based on your past experience, a stock pitch might not be required if not coming from traditional background.
