Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first applied and got a video recording interview. Following that I had a Skype interview. Lastly it was an in-person interview at the offices in LA.
What were the most difficult or unexpected interview questions asked?
The interview did not have any hard questions. It was simply very long and drawn out. All of the interviews were 100 percent behavioral. The last, in-person, interview probably asked 10 of the same questions simply rephrased a million times. It was almost identical questions asked among three interviewers. It was actually exhausting to talk that long and it is clear they must not attract the smartest talent as there were no questions that tested intelligence nor was there any screening of the sort.
How did you answer each of these questions (please be specific)?
I answered each of these questions truthfully and honestly. All the questions asked for an example of something similar of the sort. I used anecdotal examples from my life to answer each of the questions. For the most part these perfectly answered the questions. I am not sure what they possibly could have been looking for in these interviews as they simply asked the most generic questions possible such as "tell me about a time you experienced failure and what did you learn from it." The interview was actually so boring and tiring.

Overall Ranking

Overall Ranking is a score from 1 star (very bad) to 5 stars (excellent) generated based on the Company Reviews of current and former employees at this company, taking everything into account.

The number you see in the middle of the donut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few reviews). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.
