Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On-campus interview conducted by one HR representative and one senior department representative. Within a couple of weeks, on-site interview days were conducted. There were 3 interviews. First was a video conference with a VP of recruiting in NYC. Second and third were by managers and senior managers, each 2-on-1. Questions were all behavioral, focused around interest in the position/company, career goals, instances of conflict resolution, projects, and leadership experience. I was called with an offer (pending background checks) the Monday after my Friday interview day.
