Initially made contact through being a top 5 finalist in a nationwide Capital One Case Competition. Met execs in the Corporate Strategy arm there, maintained contact with them, was offered an interview about a month after the case competition. The first round occurred over phone with general behavioral and fit questions. Offered a second round in McLean (travel provided); was required to answer a case question. Case was not unlike MBB however much more math focused. Overall a much simpler and more straightforward case structure.
