Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Capital One's interview process consisted of multiple rounds of face to face and phone interviews. The first step was a financial aptitude exam that quizzed your ability to read financial statements and write a formal opinion of a Company based on a scenario (i.e. acquisition). The exam is not overly difficult but tests time management as it was timed. The in person interviews are typical middle of the fairway style with little technical questions. Common technical question was - describe how the financial statements tie to one another. Bulk of questions revolver around explaining yourself and why you see yourself fit for the position. All in all - easy process that should not keep anyone awake at night. Great Company and solid training program.
