Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applies through On Campus Recruiting. Was contacted by HR within a week and told to complete an online test. Fairly easy Math and Verbal questions, GRE like. Then interviewed one on one with a case study on campus. After that I was invited to fly to Richmond, VA for a "powerday." This consisted of three business cases and one behavioral interview. They showed us around the campus and gave us lunch. I was not extended an offer.
