Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial contact was through OCR. Received an on-campus interview at career services office. Consisted of a 30-minute case interview. Did some light preparation in the few days leading up to the interview. After 24 hours, I was offered a final round interview on-site in Richmond or McLean (I chose McLean). Flown up to D.C. the afternoon before, stayed at a hotel near HQ, and went through a day of interviews, all expenses paid. The morning interviews consisted of 2 case interviews, 1 behavioral interview. Interviews were with 2 managers, one director. After lunch, I was given the chance to participate in an optional case interview with an EVP. This case was a little more difficult, but I felt like I did well. The culture of the office seemed somewhat social. Diverse office space in terms of age, educational background, and nationality. Overall, the people were very friendly. The office space was very nice and modern, and the recruiter mentioned that they were building a new skyscraper next door that would be twice as big as the current building, showing their commitment to expanding operations in McLean. The interview was on a Friday, and it was pretty rainy outside, which is why many of the employees chose to work from home, according to the recruiter. After getting the afternoon interview, I thought for sure that I got the offer, especially since many people on Glassdoor.com noted that they got the job only because they got the final optional interview.
