1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round is 80% case, 20% fit. Interview lasts about 30 minutes so depending on how fast you go through the case, you might have more or less time for fit. In the case, it was mostly quantitative, but they did ask for some qualitative factors as well.
Second round was 2 or 3 cases + 1 fit interview. Cases are similar in format to first round, just more difficult/thorough.
