Business Analyst

This is with respect to target schools for Capital One (there's a list on their Careers website). They'll have plenty of events on campus (info sessions, trivia nights, etc.) for you to get a chance to know the associates - definitely not necessary to show your face/register in order to get the first round interview (it does help you understand what you'll actually be doing on the job though which helps prep for fit questions).

First round interview is on-campus and only a 1-on-1 case interview with time for you to ask questions at the end. If you pass this round, they'll pair you up with a Capital One associate to prep for the final round/explain the rest of the process.

They'll fly you in for the Final round the night before. It runs from roughly 9-11:30 and consists of three 1-on-1 interviews with managers to VPs. Each interview has a fit/STAR question. Two of the interviews of case based and the other is the "product" interview. Again, you'll get plenty of prep with your assigned associate so don't stress too much.

After, you'll have lunch with the rest of the interviewees/a couple of analysts at the mess hall. If they're on the fence about you, you can get a potential fourth interview after lunch. Otherwise, that's the end. It's the same process for full-time and internships. You'll hear back pretty soon if you got it (same day/the next). This is for the Product Management & Analytics (aka Business Analyst/Analytics Development Program) though I'm fairly certain it's the same process for the other two orgs (Finance and Tech).
