Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started off with a skills test with some basic business math. next stage was a 20 question and 3 hour long excel test to basically weed out people who had never used excel at an intermediate level. Last stage was a superday consisting of 2 consulting style cases and one product interview. product interview was easy: basically was just asking what I would do to improve a company's product.
