Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Capital one interview process was purely technical. First round was over the phone, I did very well. The question was related to revenue, cost functions and using basic algebra/calculus to make a business decision. Second round was in Plano, TX. Very technical. No behavioral questions were asked. Basically a math test with problems that you had to solve with the interviewer. Everyone was really nice and it was a great experience. No offer though.
