First step in the process was a resume screen. Then a brief phone interview with HR about past internship work. Third step was an on-campus interview with two parts: job fit, and behavioral. Pretty standard questions like "tell me a time when..." Third step was a three-part interview in Richmond involving 1) case study (very easy, simple break-even analysis) 2) job fit again with a current or past member of the program 3) behavioral interview with a manager or someone else higher up
