Capital One Management Rotation Program Intern

I interviwed with Capital One on campus in the fall. The first interview was 45 minutes and consisted of 3 behavioral questions that my interviewer asked me to answer in as much detail as possible. I spent about 30 minutes answering the questions with 10-15 minutes for questions at the end.

I heard back within a week about getting a superday which was a few weeks later. I interviewed at the Richmond office. The day started with lunch and a tour of the campus with an analyst in the program. I then had 3 back-to-back 45 minute interviews: 1 behavioral, 1 job fit, and 1 case. I thought everything went well overall but I didn't receive an offer. The interviews are fairly straightforward and I believe they place a ton of emphasis on the job fit given their unique corporate culture.
