Applied for the job online and also got a referral. Received an email to do a phone interview. 30 minutes on the phone...50% behavioral and 50% technical. Technical is all basic accounting. I too was asked the question about working capital so it seems like its a consistent set of questions. Afterwards, came to office for two 30 minute interviews and one hour interview that included a 30 minute case study. Case study is just ability to analyze the situation of a potential borrower.
