Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through career recruiting website. I was contacted about 3 weeks later by Capital One stating I was invited to take an Intelligence test to see if I could move forward in the process. I took the exam which was approximately 60 minutes. I got invited to interview in person at the career center at my university. A week later I got invited back for a final round at their campus in McLean Virginia to meet with 4 hiring managers and to complete a case study. I got the offer about 2 weeks after the interview.
