The hiring process begins with the initial step of resume screening. Upon passing this stage, candidates are invited to take an aptitude test, which typically allows about a week for completion. Following the test, candidates await feedback on whether they have been selected to proceed to the next stage, which involves mini-case interviews. These interviews are predominantly quantitative, focusing on break-even formulas and profitability analysis, and are led by interviewers to evaluate candidates' business acumen thoroughly.

Upon successfully completing the mini-case interviews, candidates may progress to the final stage, which consists of a behavioral case interview. This interview delves into questions about why the candidate is interested in the position, their career goals, such as where they see themselves in five years, and other behavioral inquiries aimed at assessing their fit for the role and the company.
