Applied through campus career services, emailed to interview on-campus about a month later. Interview was a case study with one employee, although I talked a little with a current FRP employee and she seemed generally friendly and excited about the position. Case was more math intensive than a consulting case interview, but didn't really require any background knowledge besides maybe an understanding of loans, interest, etc. They also provide a calculator, but try and do simple calculations in your head. Completed the case correctly but was not offered a second round interview, so emphasis was on how they perceive your business acumen. Do the practice case on the Capital One website but avoid their video -- it was one of the most cringe inducing things I have ever seen.
