Finance Rotation Program

I got a referral from a current employee and made it straight to the superday at the Richmond campus. They sent me an email beforehand with all the details I needed, and set me up at a nice hotel for the night before the interview. Each candidate gets their own interview room for the day, with 4 different interviewers coming in over the course of the day. Each interview was 30-45 minutes and none were too difficult. They consisted of 2 case interviews, 1 fit interview, and 1 behavioral interview. The case interviews were more math intensive and were fairly difficult because they weren't what I had prepared for. The campus was beautiful and the people overall seemed nice and well rounded. Relaxed dress code is a plus too.
