Strategy Analyst

On-campus interview consisted of two 2-on-1 interviews with analysts. Each interview was solely dedicated to a single case question, which was fairly straightforward and not related to the business. After the first round, I was invited to final rounds at the McLean headquarters, which consisted of three case interviews with partners and one fit interview. The case interviews were very challenging, open-ended, and ambiguous (in comparison to typical MBB/external strategy cases). Each case interview also had a short fit portion. The fit interview was holistic and open-ended.
