Students applied online through career services website. Company hosted a case study workshop before the first round interview. First round consisted of one on one interview discussing a specific case. After first rounds, applicants were invited to take an online assessment test. Those who get invited for final rounds go to headquarters in Washington D.C. a few weeks later. The case study workshop was fairly helpful for interviews but most of them were not too difficult to begin with.
