Interview
I met Cargill at the career fair to talk to them about internships. Handed off my resume for them to put in the stack. Applied through school's career website and set up an interview. There was only one 2 on 1 interview. They asked behavioral questions only (after the usual fit questions). Heard back the next morning with an offer.
Interview Questions
Tell me about a time you spoke up when no one else did? I answered about a time I witnessed a car accident and followed the person to get a license plate number and reported it to the police.

Interview
Applied online. After 2 weeks, was contacted by HR via phone. I was given a 15 minute "screen" on the spot. Was told I would be contacted later that day if I make it to the in office interview. Was emailed the next day and told I was invited to interview in the office, with the head of trading. The interview at the office was with HR and Hiring Manager and lasted 45 minutes. Nothing really technical - mostly behavioral and fit. "Tell me a time..." "how would you old boss describe you?", etc. The spent time answering my questions, giving me next steps, and walking me out.

Was told I would be contacted within the week if I move to the final interview with the whole trading team. Was emailed and informed I would not be moving on.

Overall, it was a nice conversation. I didn't have any commodity experience, so could have been a factor for getting dinged.
Interview Questions
have you ever priced an option on a commodity forward? Personally, I hadn't, so I answered truthfully, then told him how I would do it for a spot equity and equity future.
