What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process consisted of an OCR resume drop followed by a superday. I had not networked with and did not have any contact with the firm beforehand.

The superday itself consisted of 2 rounds of interviews that were half an hour each. Each round, I was interviewed by 2 analysts/associates at the same time.

All of the questions asked were completely behavioral, a lot of them being the typical ones you might expect (i.e. tell me about yourself, strengths, weaknesses, what's the hardest thing you've done, what's the hardest class you've taken).

The people all seemed super nice. I am not sure about the work culture, although I will say it was interesting that set-up of the office was kind of like a trading floor, with juniors sitting on the floor, and higher-ups with their own offices
