Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round is over the phone. Pretty straight forward with some simple technical questions. Mainly focus on the fit and personality. Afterwards was taken to the superday. 30 minutes simple modeling test on computer, and 3 1-on-1 interview with the team members. It's a pretty small team so it's quick. Questions varies from interviewers. The head of the group asked about stock pitching, and some basic simple competency questions. The 2nd guy was mainly about fit. The 3rd guy asked both fit and technical questions. Basic DCF modeling.
