Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It began with a typical phone interview from HR, asking about goals/ambitions/what I do now, that sort of fluffy stuff. The next interview was a series of 3 1v1 interviews that were not super technical but they left questions open-ened to see how technical I could get. The 3rd round was with senior management, and again was not technical to the point where I was asked to perform a DCF model, but there were some questions that an English major would have to study to be able to answer for example.
