Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process started with an initial phone screening that focused on general background and interest in the role. After that, I was given a modeling test to complete within a set timeframe. The final round consisted of an in-person interview held at the office, where I met with several team members in a group-style format. The conversations touched on both technical and qualitative aspects. Overall, the process was fairly straightforward and moved along at a reasonable pace. Communication was professional throughout, and each stage seemed designed to evaluate a mix of technical skills and overall fit.
